You will be provided access to an exclusive log in portal that will allow you to track the progress of your investment and review any outstanding balances or pertinent information.

 

50% deposit is required on all web design projects. Remaining balance will be due prior to transfer of ownership or releasing any final files. Deposits are non-refundable once the design process begins if you receive any drafts, revisions, or approved mock ups. 

 

Turn Around Time: 10-21 Business days. Any design revisions may cause a delay in turn around and will be consulted prior to proceeding forward. This gives us enough time to discuss and finalize any revisions without compromising the quality of the creative design process or content.

 

We allow up to 3 revisions before you may incur additional fees. Any fees will be consulted prior to proceeding with creating any content to ensure satisfaction and that we stay within your brand budget.

 

Please submit all photos, pricing on services, products (names and descriptions), services, terms and policies (includes shipping policy, about me, product return policies)within 48 hours of payment and design confirmation. If you need assistance with developing policy and procedures we are here to assist. We require high resolution files and quality photos are preferred. Pending photos from a photographer will not receive a confirmed release date until final files are sent to us. We do not correct blemishes or remove tattoos on photos unless otherwise discussed. This will stand as an additional service if needed which results in up charge. Please make sure you spell check/review your content for grammatical errors and pricing on your services. Once site is released and final review completed we are no longer responsible for any items or content that was not initially submitted. If you would like to include any additional material fees will apply.
